How do I complete my order?
Design the product according to your ideas using the various options. Use the "Preview" button to display a live preview of your order. You can then click on "Add to cart" and complete the order.
My breed cannot be found on the product page. What now?
We're sorry! We currently offer a selection of over 1500 different breeds and coat colors and are constantly working to expand our selection. If your furry friend is still not there, we ask for your patience or we would be happy to refer you to one of our other products with an image upload function.
How long does shipping take?
Our current shipping time is 5-10 business days. Occasionally there may be delays with the shipping service providers, which we cannot influence. Therefore, our shipping information is only a guideline, but not a legal guarantee.
How are our products shipped?
You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Where are our products made?
We attach great importance to quality. That is why all products are manufactured and shipped in Europe in compliance with the highest quality standards.
Are all orders checked after the order is placed?
Our ordering process is completely automated and will be put into production shortly after the order is placed. Therefore, the responsibility of spell checking lies with the customer. We do not make any changes afterwards and the goods will be printed as ordered.
Can emojis and other characters be printed?
Unfortunately, emojis, Chinese, Greek or Cyrillic characters and other special characters cannot be printed. If these were also selected, they will be displayed as blanks when printed. It is therefore important to only use letters from the Latin alphabet on the keyboard.
What do I have to consider when choosing my photo?
When choosing the photos, it should be noted that the photo has good exposure (preferably daylight and no flash), the photo should also be sharp and not previously edited. Please note that we cannot verify every order and therefore the choice of photo is the customer's responsibility.
My goods could not be delivered, what do I do now?
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the transport companies and can therefore not take any responsibility for the delivery. Please check the delivery address when placing your order, this will also be shown again in the order and shipping confirmation. If the goods are returned for any reason, please confirm the full delivery address and a telephone number again. We will be happy to send the goods out again as soon as possible.
Can I pay in advance?
Unfortunately we do not offer prepayment. A selection of payment options, including PayPal, credit card, Amazon and Apple Pay. As well as purchase on account or immediate transfer. To pay with the latter options, please do not select the express checkout method, but enter your data below.
Can I exchange a phone case if it doesn't fit?
Since all of our products are personalized goods, they are excluded from the right of return. Please make sure when placing your order that you choose the correct phone model.
Can I have the goods delivered to a packing station?
Delivery to a packing station is unfortunately not possible. The goods will always be returned if such addresses are given. Therefore this option is unfortunately not possible.

How does it work?
Step 1 - Configure product
First of all, you choose a suitable product for your pet. From doormats to mugs, we have a variety of different items.
Configure the product according to your ideas and see a LIVE preview. The product will be sent to you 1 to 1 as shown in the preview.
Place the order in the shopping cart and check the preview of your order on the shopping cart page.
Step 2 - Complete order
Once you've reviewed your preview, click "Check out". Please note that no adjustments can be made to the order afterwards.
Now enter your name and shipping address and click on "Continue to payment".
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount code" field.
Select the appropriate shipping method and click on "Continue to payment".
Select one of the available payment methods and complete your order by clicking on "Review now".
Step 3 - Produce and ship
We produce your product within a few hours after receipt of the order. All products are made and shipped from our own production in Germany.
After we have carried out a final quality check, your order will be handed over to the transport delivery service.
You will be automatically notified by us as soon as your order has been shipped.
Problems completing the order?
- The uploaded photo is not accepted or displayed. The file is too big or the file format is not accepted. Reduce the file size and save the file as a JPG or PNG.
- The page is not displayed correctly on the smartphone is not working properly. Some smartphones are not supported. In this case, use the computer to complete the order.

The pet picture should be taken on a sunny day or in a well-lit room as there may be a slight color difference during printing.
We want to capture as much detail as possible. A close-up of the pet, sitting or standing, is best. It is important that the photo is sharp and has not been edited beforehand.
Please note that the use of different display technologies and your individual display settings can lead to distortions in the color representation. The colors shown on your display may therefore differ slightly from the actual color of the products shown in our product photos. If in doubt, we recommend that you look at the product photos on another display or contact us.
