How does it work?

In this short guide you will learn how to complete your order in our shop. We have made the ordering process as easy as possible.

STEP 1 - Configure product

First of all, you choose a suitable product for your pet. From doormats to mugs, we have a variety of different items.
Configure the product according to your ideas and see a LIVE preview. The product will be sent to you 1 to 1 as shown in the preview.
Place the order in the shopping cart and check the preview of your order on the shopping cart page.

STEP 2 - Complete order

Once you've reviewed your preview, click "Secure Checkout Now." Please note that no adjustments can be made to the order afterwards.
Now enter your name and shipping address and click on "Continue to shipping".
If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the "Gift card or discount code" field.
Select the appropriate shipping method and click on "Proceed to payment". 
Select one of the available payment methods and complete your order by clicking on "Pay now".

STEP 3 - Produce and ship

We produce your product within a few hours after receipt of the order. All products are made and shipped from our own production in Germany.
After we have carried out a final quality check, your order will be handed over to the transport delivery service.
You will be automatically notified by us as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Problems completing the order?

Possible problems:

• The uploaded photo is not accepted or displayed. The file is too big or the file format is not accepted. Reduce the file size and save the file as a JPG or PNG.
• The page is not displayed correctly on the smartphone is not working properly. Some smartphones are not supported. In this case, use the computer to complete the order.
