The following conditions apply:
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods):
Europe untracked: €4.95
Europe tracked: €6,95
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods abroad will take place within 5 - 12 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Our delivery details serve as a guideline, but are not a guarantee.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Delivery
As we unfortunately have no influence on the transport companies, we cannot guarantee delivery at home. In individual cases, at the discretion of the transport company, the goods may be placed in a branch for collection.
